The Tenant representative is responsible for making work requests or reporting problems to Property Management. Please make all service requests directly to the Property Management office either by phone at 206-224-1201, email at email@example.com or through the Online Work Order system.
Tenants are encouraged to use the Online Work Order system for all requests. This procedure helps Property Management keep track of each Tenant’s requests and ensures that they are resolved in a timely fashion.
The Property Management staff will address the problem as soon as possible, sending someone to assist you or making whatever other arrangements are necessary. The Tenant will be charged for such work at cost plus appropriate mark-up.
